GENERAL INFORMATION

We are situated in quiet countryside 3 miles from Newent and 2 miles from the nearest pub so a car is essential to visit the many local attractions in the area.

Change over day is Saturday to Saturday. Electricity, central heating, towels, linen (duvets) are all included in the price.  

To ensure that the cottages are ready to the standard that we require the cottages  will only be available for you after 3.30pm on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate the cottage before 10.00am on the day of departure.  

3 or 4 night breaks can be booked at any time from November to March. Short breaks during April to October can only be booked 2 weeks in advance subject to availability.

Deposit of 25% to be paid to confirm the Booking.  Balance to be paid 8 weeks before start of holiday. Cheques made payable to Mrs. J. Elkins. Visitors are strongly advised to take out Insurance against cancellation and a typical Insurance Form will be enclosed when booking. Regret no babies, children or pets. No smoking in the cottages please. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for occasional use.
